The office staff has had a great improvement from the time I looked at the complex to moving in 2 months later. Pretty safe community no issues with others well diversified community. Short drive to downtown Columbus and local markets.

My experience has been okay. I am not completely satisfied with the rent increases when there are so many amenities that are not functioning correctly. The noise level is an issue and the breezeways are in need of a powerwash.

It is slowly getting better BUT, it is impossible to ever use the gym or pool. The trash thrown on the ground constantly and the druggie smoking outside around our kids is an issue. Also, someone hit my car and left the scene. (Tenant)

Repairs can take a while, but the gate and pool finally work again. There's a valet swevice for trash that's nice if you have mobility issues. Pretty nice place if you have kids. There's a park that gets soggy after rain

This is a very quiet and clean community. The apartments are very spacious inside. The staff is friendly. The amenities are excellent. There is plenty of space for parking. The location is good. Overall my rating is a ten!!!

Trashy place

The location is extremely convenient. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. My only concern is that the gates are open and cleanliness is an issue. Customer service has been great and the affordability is unbeatable.

I moved to the District just last year, but I will say that I thoroughly appreciate the changes and upgrade the apartment complex has made and continues to make, including the valet trash pickup, pool cleaning, gate bars and regularly scheduled maintenance
