They dont have an out clause. I had to relocate for my job and they held me to my lease anyway and I had to pay rent until it was re-rented. They didn't even make my apartment available until over thirty days after i moved out. They probably would have held it longer but the next month all they would have gotten was a prorated amount from me because the lease was up. I called them to ask about it and they would tell me the computers were down or the floor was being stripped in the office. Needless to say they were hammering me for all the money they could.
