The walls must be paper thin!! I lived upstairs & I could hear the people downstairs & the people next to me as if they were right there in my apartment. I lived in the complex for a few years & I have to say that when I left (mid 2009) it was only going downhill rapidly from the time that I moved in - and I lived in the so called "newer" section. For almost a year the breeze way lights were out - very unsafe for the evenings. The parking is terrible!! People park their cars there that don't even live there & leave it for months at the time - taking up spaces in the front of the buildings. Last but not least the staff is RUDE!! But at the same time the turn over was extremely high for employees there. Every year the rent would go up $50-$70 for the same ole crappy apartmemnt w/ no incentive to stay. I have to say that I am so happy I left there. I feel bad for my friends that have not moved out yet.

You spent 3 years there, if it was so bad, why didn't you move when your lease was up the the first year? There are are so many other apartment complexes to choose from in the area that you could have moved to?
