I lived at Greenleaf for six months while my home in Columbus was being built and I must say that I enjoyed my time there. My apartment was in great shape when I moved in and the leasing team were very friendly. It is a big complex and it can take a little while for maintenance to get to you but it never took more than a day. I would say that adding a gate to the entrance would be a big plus.
