I thought this would be a great place to live... boy was I ever wrong! They have the worst managment!!! Christine is the property manager upfront and was never in the front! She was always rude, seemed like anything I needed something done I had to wait for ever and ask 3 more times. Awful tenants that were loud and rude and left the parking lot a huge mess. I would not recommend Summertree to anyone looking for a quiet, well maintanted property...

I have lived At Summertree for 6 years...I have never had a problem with the management. Ms. Cristine is the only one on the property so she can not be in the office all the time. I see her delivering notices, handling emergencies when the courtesy officer is not avalable. she always smiles and waves at the residents when she drives by. I have not had a problem with the maintenance people either. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner. I have seen some people who did not follow the rules or pay thier rent on time try to say bad things. All in All out of everyplace i have ever been, this apartment complex does it's best to take care of the property and the apartments.

I for one have never had a problem with this complex either. I believe this person that wrote this has must have had a problem paying rent or either there kids were the ones trashing the place up all of the time. For the person that wrote this don't take your personal issues out on the the property or the staff, that shows you are nothing more than a coward, and a trouble maker. As a tenent that has been here for a long time myself I want to thank the staff for the great job that you do here.

I live at Peeblebrooks but I'm allow to use the pool and gym and I agree Summertree is very clean and friendly complex.So the person that wrote these letter most have being a bad tennant this is better off living on Victory Drive.

I would have to say that while it is always clean, I do agree with her being rude something. & I have had problems getting them up to my apartment to fix a few things that went out in the apartment. In fact one of them was never taken care of.
