Great place to live - Everything about living at summertree has been wonderful. They don't put up with rowedy residents. We had a problem with people in our building and after they reviewed the matter the residents were given notice to vacate the property. An okay place for an affordable price - I stayed at Post Ridge for 3 years. Would I recommend it to anyone, sure, if you don't have much of a budget.
