Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Really noisy here. Walls and ceilings thin as tissue paper. Can here people using the toilets upstairs. Neighbors play TV all night in the bedroom. Finally have to beat on the wall to quite them down. Managemant no help here. Doesn't answer the phone late at night for complaints like she said she does. Thats why they never have complaints at night.DA! Dog poop a problem in some area's. People never clean up behind pets. A lot of people moving these past months. I wonder why' 2 months left!!
