The place was nice a year ago and have now moved to Tampa in May. The back porch was getting grown up with weeds. The lawn people hit the high spots. Really needs painting outside on porch and cleaning of the siding. Getting dirty and rundown looking. Parking was a real B here too. Walls thin as paper. Neighbors not considerate about there tv's,stereo and children. Dog doo a real problem, people never pick up behind pets. Would be nice if pets were not allowed. Management a real pain. Nice when you come and a real pain leaving if you leave a day early.
