Excellent office staff,(Christy & Wendy), took the time to really know the customers and their needs. Office staff goes out of their way to really help out their customers. Excellent living quarters, they were clean, carpets cleaned, walls freshly painted. Great maintenence on the grounds. When our frig broke, they immediately provided us one fom an empty apartment the same day. We went out of town for two weeks and the office staff took great care of our cats, provided them with food and water an even changed the cat litter! What great service! The grounds keeper, Avery, what a great guy, was always available to help when we needed it.
