I only had a three month lease due to building a house next door at Highland Ridge but we had a great time living here. The managemnt was friendly and maintenance was right on top of things. We made great new friends who are also going to be building up the road at Riverchase. I have not had a problem with my neighbors or hearing them. I mean sometimes you can hear people but it is apartment living. Oh, and the $3.25 billing fee on the water just was not that big of a deal to me. I was just stoked that they do 3 month leases which a lot of places dont. I would send all of my friends and family here.
