I lived there for a year. It was horrible experience. Some parts of the apartment complex start showing signs of aging. The sound insulation between apartments is not good. They probably used cheap material. I used to hear all the conversation from next door neighbor,especially their TV! God help you if there are kids or dogs upstairs. The worst thing that would happen to you if you decided to move in a ground level apartment, where exhaust of the ACs right next to your bed room. caz of lousy material and lack of sound proofing ,i used to get up in the middle of the night from the AC exhaust fan. You can here the freon in the pipes that go upstairs when the A/C goes on.
