(user photo) Countertop is cracked and pealing up (user photo) nailed countertop down with black nails (user photo) The hallway has flooded 4 times instesd of replacing the carpet they replaced the pad. My children have tripped over the carpet numerous times. (user photo) This is the area in front of my apartment. It is full of stickers, my children can't play here.

The apartments is McQueen Village Apartments sucks. The management can be a whole lot better. If you have concerns, Darlene will talk your head off, but will do nothing. John is the best maintenance guy out here. The carpet is old and they will not replace it. The air is always a problem. Mole grows in the bathrooms. Security will write you up. Trash is thrown on the ground not in the disposal. It going down quick and no one is going to do anything. Just pay the rent, nothing else will matter. You will move in and within months it will decline further.
