(user photo) Countertop is cracked and pealing up (user photo) nailed countertop down with black nails (user photo) The hallway has flooded 4 times instesd of replacing the carpet they replaced the pad. My children have tripped over the carpet numerous times. (user photo) This is the area in front of my apartment. It is full of stickers, my children can't play here.
