Loud and noisy. We have children ourselves so we try to keep it as quiet for others as possible. We can here when the family above us walks or when their children run or jump from one room to another.

Also, can here children and others outside at night (late night)and doors slamming.

We have had issues with insects (fleas and roaches). Management is friendly and tries to accomodate tenants needs.

Pool restroom is often locked after 5:30pm and children can not use them after that time so they either pee in the pool or you have to take them back to the apartment to do their business, which is not good at all.
