I am really impressed with this apartment community. I have lived all over, from slums to upscale apartment complexes, but by far, Summerchase has topped them all. You can't beat the customer service and quality neighbors. Everytime I walk in the office to pay rent, I'm greeted with a smile and called by my name - and that means alot. I feel like they value and appreciate residents here. The maintenance guy is incredible. I was popping popcorn one day and my microwave handle broke, he was there to repair it within minutes. The ladies in the office are so cool...when I first moved here I wasn't familiar with the area and they helped me with directions, they handled the Cable Company, and referred me to some really great places to eat. I don't know about you, but I can't name any other place that I have lived where I've been treated so well. This place is great!
