Management is not helpful, making every request seem just totally impossible. Put in a request to replace a broken part and never heard back and we called twice. If you are going to live here, only do so for a month to month lease until you get a house built or something. They do not do yard work regularly. There is no children's playground so they play on the tennis court or by the vehicles. There is plenty of room for a playground but they probably do not want to pay for liability insurance. The floors in this place are awful. I cannot stress this enough. They are thin, with no insulation apparently. Some apartments have firewalls between apartments, these DO NOT. Sound comes right through them and if children live upstairs its just unliveable. No exageration. Go knock on a few doors and ask tenants what they think before you sign a lease.
