Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I have lived here a year and i really do not have many problems here (other than the girl who spits on my stairs, but thats a nother story). Ive joked a few times saying to people "DONT LIVE HERE" but honestly, i am happy. its quiet in my area and i feel safe-THATS ALL THAT MATTERS. Plus my floorplan is huge. I would recommend this place a hundred times.
