The office staff is courteous, but the upside ends there. I lived in a furnished unit for a few months earlier in 2009. When I moved in the unit was dirty and severely run down. The washer never worked correctly, even after 5 maintenance requests. The TV did not work either, but that did not bother me too bad. If you live by the tennis courts it is like facing a prison yard at night until the lights go off at midnight. I am glad that I had a concealed carry permit as there were times when it did not seem too safe, with shady individuals cruising the parking lot low and slow, or drunken residents carrying on the parking lot. I moved out to somewhere else with a few weeks left on my lease.
