I moved to Victoria Place Apartments on February 2005 to be closer to my job. I was living at Eastbrook Apartments in Montgomery, AL. Both complexes are owned by the same company, so I have been with this company since December 2000. I just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed living in both apartments. The grounds are kept clean. When there is a non-emergency maintenance problem, it is usually taken care of during the week. Emergencies get taken care of immediately. Air filters for the AC are always made available. I have known the manager since December 2000. She is the manager for both apartment complexes. When I signed my contract, she took time to explain every detail to make sure that I understood. She is never too busy to be friendly. She is always good about returning your calls. Victoria Place is a very secure place. Whenever there was a problem with neighbors being too noisy, security would take care of it immediately. The security guy makes sure that everything stays nice and clean in the pool area. There are times when he does have to lock the pool before closing, but that is only due to chemicals in the pool or a storm. Times for the pool are clearly visible on the gate. Whenever it is time to inspect the smoke alarms, he makes sure that the residents know when he will be inspecting. He is always polite. If my job ever moved me again, I would hope to find an apartment complex owned by this company. This is a great place to live.
