This is my first year in Troy so I moved in with my cousins at Troy Place. Its not the apartment thats so bad, but its the management. Our landlord/manager is awful. He cannot handle his responsibilities and acts like a child when it comes to confrontation. He befriends his tenents and when they see through to the real him and call him on it, he begins to treat them horribly. If you don't want to be respected or you don't care if your stuff is taken care of on time, move in. But if you actually care about having a decent place to live... I'd say don't live here!
