Troy Place is not the Place to be. Everything they tell you on their web site is a lie. The equipment in the workout room usually isn't working. They close the pool while its still hot. The game room they show off on the site is just a room attached to the main office. The price is crazy, it is about the most expensive place in Troy to live by $100 bucks. The maintance crew never does a good job and they rarely ever fix the problem just cover it up. We have room inspections every month, which does not go on at any other apartment complex. Its like living in a dorm room for about three times the money and two extra roommates. If you do decide to pick troy place to live take my advice and don't ever pick room 'C' it is smaller than the other three rooms, even if the website does say they are all the same size.
