I have lived at Troy Place for two years. I have had two different managers since I have been living here. The first one that I had and obviously the one that everyone else is talking badly about was horrible. He had his favorites and they were the only ones who got stuff done for them. The manager now is so understanding and tries to work with everyone. The maintenance crew is wonderful. I have had some problems and they have always been there the same day and usually within a couple of hours or sooner unless they were extremely busy. Yes, they do inspect the apartments once month but I have always received a 24 hour notice that they would be coming by to inspect. I emjoy living here and if I was not graduating I would stay here longer. I would definetely recommend living at Troy Place to anyone. For all the stuff that you get in the apartments as far as it being furnished it is well worth the rent each month. I chose this place over all of the other apartments here in Troy.
