This is my second year living in Troy Place and all I can say is thank GOD I am leaving in May. My first year things were fine, but a little into my second year things changed. Whatever is advertised is not what it appears to be. For the rent we pay things could be A LOT better. Parking is horrible and management does not try to accommodate or work with you. Noise can be an issue also. The grounds look nice and that is one of the ways that they trap you. If I had the chance to live somewhere else I would jump at the chance. Troy Place is after money and nothing else. It is not the place I want to be!! All I am saying truly think about living here.
