I have lived in Troy Place for 2 years now and I have renewed my lease for another year. I enjoy living here very much. The rent is a reasonable price for what you get. The rent includes water, electricity, and cable. There are not many other apartments that you can get for the amount of money. There are plenty of visitor parking evenly spaced out around the property. I am personally proud they got visitor parking so I don't have to worry about there not being a parking spot when I come home. The maintenance crew is very efficient with fixing whatever problem may arise. They are usually out within the day. Yes they do room inspections but they always give a 24 hour notice before they enter and they ALWAYS knock. The poeple in the office always help me when I have any questions. I enjoy living around such nice people.
