I lived here for about 8 months and it was fine. The apartment was clean, not once did I eve see a spider or any kind of bug whatsoever. The staff was perfectly polite and helpful, I never really needed any maintenance because the apartment was sufficient... AC worked fine, never had any issues with noise, my neighbors were all like me, young and working, there were a few older people on my floor too, mostly it was a quiet floor. ALthough, one time some creepy guys hit on me in the elevator (note: slowest elevator on the planet), but that was easy enough to brush off.. The price was okay, but mostly because I got an awesome deal. I've seen prices that they'd ordinarily charge and zero percent chance I'd pay more for my apartment. It was a decent apartment, nothing spectacular, and of course on a main thoroughfare (which meant highway noise was very apartment). But for what I paid I was perfectly satisfied. I'd recommend it, at a reasonable price.
