The new manager is better than the last. They might have an attitude problem, but they just don't take any crap from the occasional "stupid college kids". The grounds are pretty and well kept. The pool is nice, sometimes not always as clean as it could be. But it's a nice place to sit out and relax. There was a huge blowout a few weekends ago because a bunch of drunk people were out there, but they hae cut down on that problem very well. I like it because there are some families that live around here and it nice and quite, except for the occasionally "bump, bump" that drives through the parking lot. The head maintenance guy can be a pill but generally, if you don't give him any problems, then he won't give you any. The laundry room is recently updated with 10 washers and 10 dryers. It's never busy except maybe on weekends mostly sundays. Parking is not horrible. They have a booting service that comes out and boots people that are in residents parking, but for the most part, it's not bad at all. There's never a lot of noise but they do have an 800 number that people can call to get people to quite down if they need to. For the most part, I've enjoyed living here and I'm glad that they have strick managment that won't take any crap from tenants. They are very friendly people and love working with people who are resonable. Most people have never had a problem with them, but I guess there are some people who do. I've loved living here and deffinatly recommend it.
