I have lived here for 8 months now and this is an okay place. I am married with a kid so we are one of the few families that are here I think. Troy is a college town and there are mostly students living here in this complex. It can ocassionally get loud, but I am suprised that it has not been like that a lot more seeing as there are college students living here.
I have not had any problems with the management, or with maintenance fixing things, I just wish they would not come in when you are not at home. That happened to me and I had not had a chance to tidy up anything. Pest control comes, and I still see an occasional roach. Roaches disgust me, and I'd rather they not spray at all if the stuff doesn't work, and my baby doesn't need to be around it, I don't care how safe it supposedly is.
The laundry room is fine, just do it before the weekend, or really early in the morning on the weekend,or you wont get a washer and dryer for a while. It would be nice if there was a change machine in there though. The fitness room is little and not good enough to get an all around good workout with weights.
Overall it's alright, nothing that feels like home though.
