Great place to live! I lived at these apartments for close to two years and loved them. If at any time I needed something fixed they were always there within the day. The lady in charge is very nice. I would 100% recommend Willow Terrace!

I have lived here for 7 years and there has only been 1 incidence that has occurred there. Violence is possible anywhere, so 1 occurence in 7 years is pretty good for a college town. These are nice apartments at a good rate.

New Managment in 2005 They got a new manager who has a serious attitude problem. but she's working to improve the condition of the place.

Good Place I have lived here for a year and still do. I enjoy the quietness. Getting things fixed is a little rough. It takes forever for maintanence. As far as the landscape it is not that pretty. The apartments are roomy and in pretty good shape.
