Loved It!

I loved my apartment in Aspen III. My parents (who lived out of town) and I were very pleased with the staff from day 1. The office staff (both Shirleys and Wanda) was great--the ladies were nice and helpful. Whenever UPS delivered a package, it would be in a safe place in the office. I never had to wait for maintenance--the men were always driving around in their trucks and if I needed something, I would just stop one on the street. Once, a bird flew into my door and when I went to the office to tell them, one of the ladies came over and picked it up for me--right then! My apartment was a good size (1BR) and affordable. They also have washer & dryer units to rent if you don't have one because their is no laundry center on site.
They also took good care of the grounds. Every week, someone was outside manicuring the lawns. It was nice. If I hadn't have gotten a job out of town, I definately would have renewed my lease!
Like the other review said, the only downside was the "sketchy" area that you have to drive through to get in. When we found the apartment, I was a little wary of that, but after a while, I never even noticed it.
