I absolutely love my apartment and my manager Azia she is amazing and so helpful!! but after hours emergency is suppose to help and be 24/7 our A/C broke a month ago and we called and called and no help finally when someone came out he said he would be right back and never showed up so we called and called again no help so we called the next day our air was about 90* or above now they sent out the same guy and he worked about 5 minutes said he would be right back he had to go get the motor it was broken he never showed up ( he said he would be gone no longer than an hour) well 5 hours later my manager called to inform me that he would be here in 45 minutes he got the motor finally or so we thought he never showed up we called after hours again and no help well the next day our community maintenance man came and fixed it in about 20 minutes and they had spare motors in the work room or maintenance building the on call guy was just to stupid to look there!! now our air sounds like its a bomb that explodes every time it starts to work and it smells like a mix between fire and poo I called after hours 4 times yesterday and didnt get an answer at all and twice today and didnt get an answer so I called sealy main office and they said they cant come out unless our air is about 82* well last time they just flat out didnt come at all!!!!!
I LOVE our apartment manager if you need help she does her to help you out and if she cant she will find someone who can help you but I HATE the after ours "24/7" emergencies office they suck at helping you out so does the maintenance!!!!!!!!!!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
