Canterbury Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

Canterbury is an okay place to live. Not great. Kitchen doesn't have enough counterspace or a dishwaher, but the closets in the bedrooms are pretty big. It is an older apartment complex but it stays pretty quiet (except on game days, but that is expected). There is a security guard that walks around at night who's a little creepy but seems to be doing his job. The grounds always look great thanks to David, he works very hard to make sure the courtyard looks great. Maintenance requests typically get taken care of pretty quickly. As for the slum lord Azia (as another person called her, lol), she is great. I've lived at another complex and the manager was nowhere near as nice as she is. She's very friendly and will go out of her way to help you out. She will even come in before or after hours if you need her to, very flexible. So like I sad Canterbury is a good place to live, pretty inexpensive with caring workers.
