I lived in canterbury for a year and a half and loved it. I had a courtyard view that is beautiful. The rent is very reasonable and the apartments were bigger inside than some of the other college apartments I had seen that were more expensive. ---- was a wonderful landlord. She would through pizza parties and such for all the tenants to get to know people and was very helpful whenever we needed her. The cinderblock walls were the best but if you buy cement screws you can put anything up in the apartment. The kitchens were a nice size for the apartment and I loved the bar area seperating the kitchen to the livingroom. It always stayed very quiet so I could study. All around I enjoyed my experience at Canterbury and am very satified.
