Believe what people say about roaches and the office. If I had known how bad the roach problem was, I would not have even considered staying here. I am not a clean-freak, and the roaches were out of control. They pay for extermination once a month, but it doesn't help. The bathroom ceilings are moldy, the carpet is nasty (it was nasty when I moved in), and all the appliances are old and disgusting. If you are on a tight budget, you might be able to overlook these things, but if you can afford to stay somewhere else--DO IT! Also, what they say about the manager is true, but I heard she is leaving. She is never in her office during "office hours," even when the hours are posted right on the door, and she will friend you on Facebook just to send you spam mail. I even overheard her asking a tenant to write a positive review on here, so all of the people who wrote good reviews did so because they were asked to! Just read the replies she has posted to people's reviews--does that sound like a professional manager to you'

Our power bill is high, too, but that's because our front door is about 3/4 inch too small for the doorway, and lets the heat/air out. When it's windy, our door jiggles inside the frame, and we can feel a breeze inside the apartment.

So, my advice would be to believe what people are saying about the cleanliness and professionalism of this property, and to make sure you see the exact apartment you will rent. If you can overlook the bugs and management, then this is the place for you.
