They're making it better.

Charleston Square is not in the best neighborhood, but the new management is working very hard to make it a better place. Susan is the new manager and she has completely turned the place around. Within the last couple months that I lived there, the parking situation improved, the front gate was working every day, and the pool was up and running with the exception of the time they shut it down because somebody broke the rope (apparently, from what I understand, for insurance purposes they cannot have the pool open without the rope). Within my last couple months I saw more and more college students moving in. I recommend living on the right side of the complex (the side where you make a right out of the front gate) if you're looking for a little bit more quiet. The left side is frequently loud. Maintenance is great in this place, and they always have been. Overall, management has really made the difference in this place. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
