I have lived at Charleston Square for way to long!!! The parking situation is a mess, we have an electronic front gate opperated by a keypad... It has been broken for like a year now, complete waste... Noise is not that bad, considering the drugs and thugs that are around here. The place looks like crap, and there is no safety, we have to have two security gaurds for a tiny complex, just to keep things in order, which they don't... there is a 500 pound Santa Claus gaurd who justs sits in his truck (which leans to the driver side b/c he is so big,) and does nothing... there is a new little guy who does a great job and walks around all over, but only works a couple nights a week unfortunately... Charleston is situated in the middle of the ghetto, and should not be for college students, it should be for people on wel-fare. You hear everything that goes on in every apt around you, and maintenance is incompetant! The magager seems like she is on dope almost ALWAYS! And is pretty much useless. Overall Charleston Square is a terrible place to live, and I wouldn't even recomend it to my worst enemies! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

this is SPOT ON! i've lived here since august and the second i can get out of here i WILL!!! The manager is on dope i swear, and the lady at the front desk is always on the damn phone, and she's NOT professional by any means. The projects are RIGHT across the street from the apartment complex...it should be section 8 housing to be honest. COLLEGE STUDENTS SHOULD NOT LIVE AT CHARLESTON SQUARE!!
