Pros
Very spacious living areas
The staff are extremely nice and try to do their best to help you
You can have your backyard fenced in at your expense
They give you till the 4th to pay your rent
The pool is maintained well
They allow you to have two pets with a fee
New roofs
The one time my air went out in August they were quick to come fix it
Well manicured grounds

Cons
I have had raw sewage in my home twice now (however the staff was very quick to remedy the situation both times)
The cost to cool this place is insane (for example $225.00 in July and that is if I keep my thermostat on 76; which makes it unbearable upstairs
The neighborhood is getting a little less safe (for example gunshots have been fired in the complex and the police have knocked on my door twice in the past year looking for suspects)
The lighting around the exterior and in the park lot is not very good
It's hard to get parking on the weekends
The road to the complex has become insanely crowed (due to the links) and a lot of wrecks have occurred
The sliding glass door in the living room is very old
Water and air blow through the door anytime we have a storm and it can get quiet loud
