This apartment complex is not the worst place I have lived, but it is close! For example: (1) it is LOUD; the trains make your ears hurt and the building shake, (2) the management is awful; they are slow to respond to requests for anything, (3) they will BOOT your car if you don't park in your "designated spot" (which will likely be 100 yards away, the cost is $75 ), (4) the rent is WAY TOO HIGH (management raised rent over 10% to $500/room and they won't budge on it...they are not nice...it is cheaper to live in Atlanta), (5) facilities are not very good/clean; I walked into the workout room the other week and it was full of water and PUKE, (6) I think that there might be structural damage to the buildings; my room is starting to lean and there are cracks in the wall already...a fireman told me that the place was thrown up WAY too quick, (7) the AC etc is not uniform throughout the apartments and the water flow is bad.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
