I think their management lives on adifferent planet! The only tool the maintenance men have is a paint brush! Their motto "Oh....your water heater leakin'...hmmmmm....we can fix that right up ma'm.....uh where's my dang paintbrush!" If at all possible DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Very Noisy....neighbors always ALWAYS having sex! Lots of chains smokers.....can you blame them'!
