I have moved around a lot in this town and rented from many different types of companies. High River has been by far the best experience I have had!!! I still can not believe how quickly they fix everything and how they make sure that I am completely satisfied with all of my living conditions. Rent is CHEAP for the one bedroom compared to others in this town and it is way more spacious than others also. Yes they are older apartments but in my opinion that is better because the walls are thicker! The newer apts. in this town are mostly all build very quickly and cheaply so you hear everything. I hardly ever hear my neighbors and living in an apt. you will occasionally hear them...that's a given. Another big plus is that High River is very pet friendly! I am in nursing school and I can study so well here! I have friends that are in class with me that will come over to my apt. to study because it is so quite. I love living here!
