We have lived at High River for several years and have experienced the WORST! We have had several so called "leaks" that we call floods! We even had to leave our apartment one night because if the power was left on it could have caused a fire. There are water stains and mold in our closet and under the sink. I think it has caused us to be sick. Our carpet is disgusting because of the maintenance people coming in to attempt to correct the water problems. GROSS!! Our light by the apartment was out for almost a month before anything was done. We out a bulb out there and someone took it! The old manager Tricia was excellent, but she is gone now. I haven't had the best experiences with the new management.They have been rude in dealing with them. I cannot wait to move when the lease runs out! DO NOT move here!!
