I AM GOING INTO MY 3RD YEAR WITH HIGH RIVER. I AM VERY GREATFUL FOR THE NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM WE HAVE TODAY. THE NEW OWNERS HAVE CAME IN & REALLY CLEANED THE PLACE UP. THEY STARTED BY RESURFACING & PAVING OUR PARKING LOT THAT HAD 299 POT WHOLES IN IT(MY VEHICLE THANKS U). THEY REMODELED THE POOL, PUT IN A FITNESS CENTER, HAVE DONE TONS OF STRUCTURE WORK OUTSIDE EACH BUILDING & CONTINUE TO GROW THE PROPERTY BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW BUILDING. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE NEW CHANGES & THE STAFF.
