This is want Elvis sang about in his song "In The Ghetto." Everything was good till Kim (new manager) took over. Doesn't care about residents. I've seen three come and go since during my stay and she is by far the worst. Even her own employees complain about her. I suggest that everyone stay away from High River. The problem is that now they're the only ones in this area with vacancies and that in itself should tell you something.
