I'm currently living at High River and am now trying to find a new place to live because of the poor management namely the new manager Kim. Don't understand why Equity would have someone like her running there property. The apartments are very old and don't energy efficient at all. I have a one bed room and have never had a power bill under 100 buck no matter what time of yeat it is. Yes, High River does let you have pets and don't even amke you clean up behind them. In other words, smells bad and lots of animals barking at one another at night. I would suggest you stay away from High River. I would pay more and live somewhere else. You'll be much happier.
