I have lived here for almost a year, and I have had more problems than any other apartment I have ever lived in. First, my air conditioning broke, in June, and it took almost a month to get it fixed. When the office staff was confronted about this problem, they tried to blame me, and were VERY RUDE about the whole situation. I then had a cockroah problem, and I am a fairly clean person. Then, one night, my smoke detectors went off every 15 minutes all night. They acted like I was the idiot because I did not know that I needed to turn off the fuse for the smoke detectors when I turn on my heat. How ghetto is that!!!! Now I have mice leaving in the wall of my bedroom. I have killed two mice, and I can hear them in the wall. I feel that I pay too much for an apartment in Tuscaloosa to have the many problems that I have had. And have I mentioned that the office staff is rude and often acts like you, the customer, are annoying them if you try to go talk to them about ANYTHING.
