When I decided to rent a 3/2 unit from Inverness. I was told of all the great things in store for my family. Well none of that was true. The unit I received had all mix match fixtures some silver some gold, the shower unit appears to be falling through the floor. Each time you get in it sinks. There were roaches in the kitchen, washroom and bath. Holes in the screens, old fashion project type cabinets, dated appliances and the list goes on and on. I moved into the apt in July it's now 2 days from October and all of these things still remain. Did I mention there were dead bugs in ALL the light fixtures. For $1025 a month in Tuscaloosa, AL. I'm presently looking for another place as I write this review. Inverness is a TOTAL LET DOWN.

You need to try the French Quarter Apartments, You cant here anything from your neighbors. They built them with sound insulated walls. They are huge apartments and you get a lot more amenities for the same price as University Village.
