I am a resident at Inverness and have been for almost 5 years now. We have had our ups and downs with managers, but it has never gotten so bad that I wanted to move out. You can tell how stressed out the managers are from not having a maintenance staff or anyone else to help. I met the new people in the office yesterday, and they told me that they are here to stay and will be addressing all concerns quickly. They seem to really care about making Inverness the apartments that they once were. I have faith in them.

I met them as well and wish the best for them. But if I just got a new job. I would think I'll be around for a while as well. Action speak louder than words. I'm waiting for the action. The residents were never told we didn't have a maintenance staff. I would have been a little more understanding. Each time I called or visited the front office. I was told my concerns would be addressed before the end of the day. A little truth goes a long way...

You need to try the French Quarter Apartments, You cant here anything from your neighbors. They built them with sound insulated walls. They are huge apartments and you get a lot more amenities for the same price as University Village.
