I agree with the last person that the office staff is better now, except for the manager. She is rude and sits on some kind of high horse.
About a week ago, she sends out a letter letting us know that the water is going to be shut off in the morning. What time'' She didn't say. When I called to ask, someone else picked up the phone, and asked me to hang on while she asked the manager what time' I could hear her in the background throwing a fit because I asked. The person who picked up the phone (the assistant manager I think), got back on the phone and told me to play it safe and have a shower by 7:30 am. It sounds like she didnt have a choice but to guess and tell me something, but its not her fault.
I hope the owners of the company read this, and if they are, can you please get a new manager here' This place is too nice to have someone like that in the office. My neighbors feel the same way, and I will tell them about this website so they can share their experiences as well.

I am so sorry we were not able to give you the exact time that the water was to be shut off due to a break in a main water line. The contractor had to find the exact location of the leak and he kept it on as long as he could and got the water back on as quickly as he could. Spank's Drain & Sewer were very efficient repairing the problem. It was completely serviced within one day. We were so fortunate to be able to have enough notice to get a letter out at all. You need to try the French Quarter Apartments, You cant here anything from your neighbors. They built them with sound insulated walls. They are huge apartments and you get a lot more amenities for the same price as University Village.
