People are right. The maintenance staff if very good. Those guys are very friendly and they know what they are doing. The management, on the other hand, doesn't really seem to care about much. Here are a few issues I have with the place.
-Gates are horrible. Flimsy. Useless. Always broken.
-When I moved out I spent two days cleaning the place, only to get a bill for over $200. It was spotless. They also wrote that I moved out about a week later than I did.
-The Bill was through a collection agency. They did not contact me at all before going straight through a collection agency!
-The price is way too high! You can rent a decent garden home in the same area for the same price!
-They include water in your rent, but charge you per person. I had to pay $30 for water, although I had never paid a water bill over $20 before while living in Tuscaloosa.
-Everyone has a different deal. So some people are paying $200 more for the same thing than others.
