Management is very rude. The manager of the rental department and the maintance guy are brothers. I saw them have an argument in front of several tennants. I thought it was very unprofessional. It took several weeks for them to respond to a maintance call. They always tried to blame maintance problems on the tenants. I lived there 3.5 years just because I was sick of moving. I requested an apt on the bottom floor and was told I would be leasing the apt I looked at. When I went to move in they had switched my apt to one on the top floor. The refrigerator was gross. Cat hair was in the refrigerator and freezer. They cut a hole in my walk-in closet to fix the shower and left the hole. I finally taped plastic over it. The week I was moving out one of the balconies fell and a tenant was injured. Since I moved I have heard that someone from an adjacent apt complex shot into one of the apartments at Point-O-View. Parking is awful after 10:00. Mainly because of so many students living there and throwing parties on football weekends. Oh, ants are terrible during the summer!
