maintenance takes entirely too long to respond to calls and does very shotty job. we called on a sunda to tell them our air conditioning went out and when they finally sent someone to check it out he came when no one was home and left a note saying the air filter was dirty and needed to be changed and thats all. we changed the air filter and it still wouldnt work, it froze up again within 15 minutes. he obviously opened the unit, saw the filter was dirty, and didnt check anyhting else out. by wednesday they still hadnt come back to fix and after we made over 10 different phone calls.
